Venison with Prochuttio
Cabernet Merlot Malbec
My choice of food with a great Malbec would have to be a Mediterranean pizza or Venison back strip rolled in thin slices of Prochuttio.
Cut small taste size portions of venison, cook to your liking. Preferably rare to medium. Wrap venison with Prochuttio using a toothpick to hold and serve.
