Christmas Day Lunch at Vilagrad Winery

Come and join us for this special Christmas Day lunch. The children will be entertained with Santa Claus, treasure hunts and lollie scrambles. Live entertainment by Tim Armstrong will make this day a memorable occasion, with easy listening music and christmas carols. While the sun shines on the vines relax in our courtyards or even roam through the vines with a glass of Vilagrad wine.

Adults $98 and Children $45 (surcharge included) under 5 free.

Noon to 4pm

Mains

• Whole Spit Roast Pork with apple sauce
• Turkey with herb stuffing and cranberry
• Fresh smoked Salmon & creamy oyster mushroom sauce
• Hot Glazed ham on the bone with pineapple and cherries
• Fresh steamed snapper & mussels with sautéed bok choy
• Roasted Sirloin with a beef glaze and grain mustard
• Seafood risotto with baby octopus, crab & prawns

Salad/Vegetables

• Gourmet garlic roasted potatoes, kumara & pumpkin
• Fresh steamed garden vegetables in white wine red Thai sauce
• Greek Salad with roasted vegetables, marinated feta, olives, fresh pasta, basil and sundried tomato caper dressing
• Green Leafy Salad with tomato, avocado, radish, snow pea, cucumber and French dressing
• Spicy nut and crispy parsnip salad with vinaigrette
• Ratatouille, red onion, aubergines, courgette & tomato
• Selection of homemade tappenade, pesto, relish and chutneys

Dessert

• Christmas fruit steam pudding with brandy custard
• Citrus Pecan tarts
• Meringue nest with sherry apricot and yoghurt filling
• White chocolate and passion fruit baked cream cheese cake
• Chocolate brownie cake with dark chocolate ganache
• Fresh fruit Salad
• Caramel butterscotch sauce, yoghurt and fresh whipped cream

• Mount Pirongia origin roasted coffee
